There is swamp camp in South East of Elis / West of Sanctuary of Olympia full of these Ares Cult

The one they're talking about I'm pretty sure is called Cave of Pan, and it has more than 10 cultists by itself.

thanks to all, i found a 7 cultists group on hefestos place, the one that is like a volcano.
and in cratos cave there are a bunch tto also in a cliff in mégaride a found a bunch too
