2. Run something to strain both your GPU and CPU at the same time - like FurMark with its CPU burn.
Cleaning out is never bad tho, give your GPU a cleaning too.
If FurMark comes up empty, run a memory check, if all hardware is clean i suggest to run a power usage protocol.
When a PSU dies, it usually turns your PC off when a certain treshhold on a certain Volt line is needed. Had that 2 years ago when my 5V line got wrecked. Everything was totally fine until i needed more then 300W. So i could watch TV, surf the net, play older games. But when i turned on FFXIV without limiting my fps it nearly instantly shut the PC down.

90-95c will kill an FX CPU, this is not Intel or ryzen.
Opened up the case and three of my four case fans had gone west on me! Replaced all four and everything has worked fine since them.
