No Abraxas skin

I recently got Tier 1 mercenary and the game told me i got the Abraxas phobos skin. I check my inventory and for some reason I dont have the skin. Please help. I've been searching online and couldnt find anything.

У меня было так же - я стала наёмником первого уровня, а скина коня не было.
Я получила скин Абраксаса через пару дней (не знаю, почему так), просто вошла в игру и увидела, что дали скин. Попробуйте подождать пару дней.

Tbh i dont like that skin & i think that unicorn is much better. Dont regret not getting it..
I got it right after i killed last one mercenary.
