I'd go with medium if you can handle it, otherwise yeah go low.

heres shots of same scene with low and medium clouds. you can see the difference for sure and medium doesnt kill you as much performance wise as high and very high do.
yep. and medium looks much better imo.
Defo. If I could pump it up to high I would but at high I start getting noticeable stutters. I tried it at very high or Ultra, whatever it is, and my fps tanked in the menus before I even got back in the game
