Shall i play Odyssey or Black Flag?

Haven't played Odyssey yet, but Black Flag was really damn good. I don't think it's as long as Odyssey though. Roughly 20-40hrs for Main Storyline.

Both games are good. But if you have limited time on your hands, you'll likely cover the entire AC4 game first cuz Odyssey is at least several times bigger in terms of map size.

do the nerd thing and start with black flag. you'll notice the engine improvements in odyssey

I like both, but if you don't have much time play Black Flag. That game is way shorter than Odyssey

Only downside of Black Flag these days is that the some of the community events no longer work.

Black Flag for ships and pirate stuff. I actually quitted game after pirate stuff ended.
Other ways Odyssey is better.

It depends, have you played any AC games before? If not, I suggest starting with Black Flag.

Black Flag if you have to choose between the two. It's much shorter with less grind, so much better use of your precious time. Otherwise play both. They're both good. You might want to consider Origins as well though. My preferences of the three from greatest to least are Black Flag, Origins, and Odyssey respectfully.
