Animal Damage count on Mythical Creatures?

Just wondering if anyone know if the animal damage bonus is valid against Mythical creatures.
Im talking, The Minotaur, Medusa, Cyclops and the Sphinx.

I dont think any of them could be counted as an animal
Not tested, so...just my guess

Now, there is an engraving for more damage to elites and bosses
This one should work

I think you are right my friend. But since you cannot stack legendary engravings, other engravings will be more powerful in my opinion.
