Knockout a second time?

I need some advice when trying to recruit enemies, especially harder one like lieutenant's.

Most guides are using the unarmed method (pressing E instead of F), then dissapear using the flash skill, then sneaking behind the target, and pressing E again. But it seems assassination attempts or unarmed attacks can only be used ONCE on a target every fight? How do the people in the guides keep using assassination/unarmed strikes over and over?

Right now, the only way i'm able to do it, is by getting the lieutenant's health ALL the way down to say 1% or so, then unequipping your weapon, then try to bring them down using fists only.

Or should i be using a combination of unarmed strike from stealth, then knockout arrows, or spartan kick etc?

You can 'assassinate' as much as you want provided the target is no more aware of you

You can use the method you prefer provided the last hit isnt lethal and there isnt a dot running (will kill the target...)

I use arrows personally as i can do it from any range, with skills if needed (devastating shot) and i dont need a skill (spartan kick) or to mess in inventory (unarmed)
But any method works

I did it by:

Kill everything but the shiny yellow super mob I want.

Sneak on him, use a n F strike to cut his HP down, then fight him till his hp are really low.

Use a skill or your legs to get out of the combat, sneak again, use E to knock out.

After I got my own spartan Polimarch on my ship, attacking other ships became a joke.

I always did it by getting their health really low, and then finishing them with a knockout arrow to the face. Worked every time. Should be noted that if they are poisoned when you knock them out, they will just die.

Well, its just that i don't get prompted to knock them out a second time, even though i'm stealthed and they're searching around for me. Theres no E/F when i sneak up behind them. Does combat have to completely end? Won't they just regenerate health then?

For me this is the best method

Fight them bronz to bronz and when they are low health spartan kick recruit simple as that.

By the way, have anyone figured out how to capture targets during ship combat? My LT's keep destroying all enemies during ship combat, so capturing is pretty much out of the question?

I will have to check. I thought it just required you to get hidden again... Maybe they can't be in a state of extreme aggression...? Not sure now. :-(
