[minor spoiler] Sokos sunk and unreachable

I drew out the cultist Sokos (Obsidian Islands) and in the naval battle I had his ship ready to be boarded. But I was under attack by various other ships in the battle, so I decided to deal with them first. In that battle I was defeated. Now the cultist is not (!) defeated, the symbol is still on the map, but when I sail there the locations is on the bottom of the ocean and that's it. There is nothing to collect, no hidden cave, no wreck, nothing that even hints at a sunken ship (at least I found nothing after looooooong dives around it). So I guess it's a bug.
There is just the annoying cultist symbol placed on the bottom of the ocean. I have now no way of defeating the cultist and I certainly am not going to start a new game at level 45.

load a autosave some time bevor the battle...

You will have to reload, or you will have to kill the winning side of the island and fight for one of them again. Gotta get the clutists down first in those naval battles.

it should have ginven it to you when the ship sank regardless of wether you boarded it or not

bugged is bugged, reload an older save is all you can do

Thank you. I was so used to the "old" save system in AC, that I didn't even think about that.

i have the same problems,also i got past that mission,and now i cant load any savegame from there,i finished most of things but i cant finish the game because of that mission.

Same here, No Sokos, no available sea battle, no soldiers to talk too . I'm stack at level 67. I'm not willing to go back several hours of game. Any help how to find him?
