Minotaur Warning
Do not go after the minotaur 7 levels lower than it. The game saves to the start of the fight, so whenever you die you are forced to restart it. To my knowledge there is now way out of the boss arena, and the thing chunks. I'd recommend being at least 35, the fight took my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 30 minutes.

Why would you fight anything 7 levels lower than it? That's asking for a butt whoopin.

Manual save before going into anywhere tbh...

it does that with pretty much every major fight anyway, always save before entering the danger zone

the autosave here sucks.... I stopped manual saves bc even with bosses, I found myself back at a reasonable point when synched... this blows, bc I enjoyed the outside world and still fighting this thing....he's a challenge....MALAKA!!!

Load the previous save-game (which is most likely also an auto-save).

Just make your own save cuz it'll be seperate from the auto-save.

There are multiple saves (should be) available to load even without manual save.

btw 30 minutes is nothing compared to 10 hours I've spent to get my first Nergigante kill in Monster Hunter: World...

It was a 30 minute boss fight, just didn't have to try that many times since I was dodging really well, thanks for the humble brag tho....

first time i fought medusa i was 2 levels below and it took me 20 min to beat her. that was tough.

Not sure if it was faster for me on level 50+. She was becoming invulnerable for few minutes after losing chunk of her health and kept doing her normal attacks. Only after some time she decided to finally summon some statues and lose some health again.
