The first incosistency?
"The Oracle Of Delphi
When speaking to Herodotos

Back Off – You tell him to back off of he will get a spear through the throat. He introduced himself all the same, and both choices have the same end result.

Who Are You? – Herodotos will introduce himself and tell you why he is here. He is here because he is working with someone in Athens who wants a question answered by the Oracle.

When speaking to the Oracle.

Where Is My Mother – Both results end the same way, and she sends you away. She calls you out for a past decision before kicking you out though. She mentioned the sickness from the first island for me, and how I killed innocents even though I had no idea what the disease was. That disease spreads like wildfire if you let them live though, so this Oracle doesn’t know as much as she thinks.

Who Is My father – The Oracle freaks out and tells you to leave now. She mentions something about the cult of the Kosmos before you leave.

Outside when speaking to Herodotos again.

The Cult Of The Kosmos – If you tell him about the Cult, he go a quiet place and tells you what he knows about them.

Never Mind – You can try to no tell him about the Cult of Kosmos, but the game makes you."

So much for choices in main quest line. It piqued my interest, because she mentioned about me causing sickness on that island, I was like damn I sacrified those peeps for the greater good, plus I even went back and killed those 3 guys who murdered those sick peeps (even if that doesn't matter for the game), so how was that sickness supposed to spread, even when going back to the island there is no change there.

Some of the choices seems to impact scenarios OUTSIDE of dialogue options it seems. A lot of them can be hidden, for instance if you snipe the enemy in a hostage situation instead of walking up to them, you could save them instead of sacrificing one or both of them in the dialogue.

Yeah, but if the family died, and I killed those 3 peeps who did it, right in the burning village, wouldn't that basically count the same. I mean, how's that different, you could just ignore the request and do what you want, right then are there, unless they force you to see it or the game forces you away from the place so it can do it's act.
So guess I should've massacred the entire lot of them there from a distance, but as the island doesn't show any differences, so what was the point of that dialouge even, makes it seem like the oracle doesn't know ♥♥♥♥ or devs made a mistake there.
