ARMOR COLOR VARIATIONS LVL 50

i dont know who in ubisoft had a bright idea. that every drop of epic gear on lvl 50 has only this god awful, horrible, ugly golden color with white leather straps (and i dont mean white i mean white like someone took the gear set, right form the game and open it with paint, and yust plasterd pure white color over it) ... no more black, bronze, "beat up bronze", silver, mixed colors for armors, just this one combination, that makes you look like you came out of women jewelry box ...

i would like to see some transmog system in this game but can we AT LEAST get this stupid color lock patch out of a game and get more lvl 50 color variation in armor drops ...

Am i alone in this or dose anyone else feel the same and if you do lets make not end this on just bitc... on steam forum, lets make us self heard by ubisoft and have this patchout of the game

i agree with you, the color change in higher levels is kind of aweful in my opinion. My armors color was very well fitting with the helmet of the wolf of sparta but the higher level armor metal color change kind of ruined the look.

the only armor left for me now which fitts the color of the metal of the helmet is the spartan war hero set but i personally do not like the asymetrical shoulders of it.

the worst part in my personal opinion is how shiny this armors are, even if you are not in the sun but that could be related to my system and if yes then i have no idea how to change that.

i wished we could dye our armors, including the metal color so that we can have the awesome looking bronze tone back on higher levels.

I just want a type of simple, black plate like the kind you see on the merc with the smoldering mace. It would fit a more evil/uncaring pirate merc.

hm, thats weird, i have alot of different colored armor, silver, bronze, gold, red, blue, white, i have mercenary sets in 3 different color variation, best looking armor for me is the epic one thats same as agamemnon, but in a faded black with dark red details, looks like a demon or something..

are you sure you got them on lvl 50 ? becouse everthing that drops on lvl50 for me is combo of gold armor and white straps unless its a special kind of epic gear (epic gear sets) and now and then some item from other mercs

yes i rock spartan war hero chest with that helm becouse i sold every pice of low level epic gear cuz i didnt dream that they could do somthing this stupid

Crap look at the achillies armor set the body set is shiny and fake super hero outfit, While the helmet of achillies is ancient and bronze it's so weird nad ugly as hell as almost any other armour set with gold on it. They need to dial it back

I don't like the sandals on that agamemnon set, I don't like the look of those crusty heels on Alexio lol. Much prefer the fearsome pirate and pegasos set.

Agreed, ubisoft were pretty lazy making the ingame legendary armor sets. The ubi store and club ones are so much better looking than the vanilla ones ingame.

The legendary armor sets look very nice overall for me. Just wish I had more control of my look instead of being locked into one based on my build.

The color depends on where u get the armor, athen and sparta stuff is based on blue and red with white and gold details on high lvls. I have alot of armor wich is silver with yellow and brown leather, u can also get variations with green and orange details, the armor from the picture is all lvl 50 upgraded, its based on black with red and gold details, u can find this also as a red based with silver and black details, i also have ares epic set wich comes in alot different variations, red with silver details, brown with bronze details, black with gold details...so if u dont want this gold and white stuff, go to another area for farming...

not possible if you want the athen and spartan gear in its midlevel colors on max level. thats why we ask for such a feature.

The ancient king armor does not fit my taste so i dont want to use it.

It looks very good in combination, but the asymetrical shoulders made me look to at least try to find alternatives.

i currently am experimenting with linothorax in combination with that helmet, it does not look perfect but at least it is not as bad as the plain gold breastplates from athen and sparta in combination with the helmet.

i also tried it with mercenary armor and the combination is at least acceptable in my opinion.

but all that is still not what i want and i still want to be able to get the midlevel look of the athen and spartan armors on max level, no matter through which system. :)
