Daughters of Artemis

So I beat daphnae at the end of the quests, yet the daughters of artemis still attack me on sight if I'm in their village. So being their leader means nothing except having them as a crew in your ship?

That does seem odd, now I'm doubly glad I refused to kill her.

Same for me. The main camp was neutral briefly, now they're all hostile again.

in my case I reuse to kill it and I chose as an option to the final dialogue something like "if artemisa wishes it" or similar. when I defeated the hunters did not attack me anymore (except to steal or enter a camp while in conflict, if you chase a bear, boar or wolf for example)

I did all the animals, have all their skins, but can't find Daphnae! She isn't at the same place she was before. Still the quest of talking to her is active. Tryed reloading the game, but nothing changed. Is it a lag?

It's not a bug, she has gone home to Chios. Take a look there for the completion marker.
