The three ending branches are Family ( ends with chapter 9) , confronting the leader of the cult (need to kill all other cultists first) and The Lost City ( sealing Atlantis with the 4 artifacts you get from fighting the 4 mystical monsters).
That last one is pretty much the "end" of the game as it also finishes off the modern day storyline with Layla and the Animus.
If you seen those 3 endings then you finished the game. Not before.
You can only get the endings separate right? So I can't get the Atlantis and the Cultists ending in the same save?
Yes you can. The game works like this: let's say there's a game called H4rdle's Creed Odyssey.
In this game, H4rdle goes to school, has a family, and has a car. In this game, there's a story about: a) getting a good enough grade on a test, b) helping H4rdle's parents cooking dinner, and c) H4rdle need to fix the car.
Sometimes, the story about crosses with another, like the teacher calling H4rdle's parents about being late. H4rdle was late because H4rdle's car is broken. H4rdle's parents tells H4rdle to get the car fixed before making dinner.
H4rdle just happened to cook dinner only, but didn't do their homework or fix the car yet.
No you want them on the same save. In fact to even start the Atlantis DLC you need to complete the sealing of Atlantis. On my second playthrough of the game I actually finished the cultist questline first before doing the final scene at Mt Taygetos to end the Family questline ... To me it made more sense to wipe out the entire Cult and leave Deimos as the last man standing. Then all I had left to do was kill Medusa and seal off Atlantis
