NPC horses' skins

So, I think I've gotten myself all the Phobos skins you can buy at the blacksmiths' (at least they're not offering any anymore), but man, none I really like. Some of the NPC horses running around on the other hand are really pretty. So..why can't we make Phobos look like that too? Anyone else agreeing with me on this or am I alone in being overly bothered by this? ... I probably am tbh..

i personally am not affected by this because i have the kronos pack, twitch prime an spartan renegade pack horse but i too think that none of the normal Phobos skins you can buy at a blacksmith really looks cool or special.

as i played it on the 1st day i ´ve seen a black unicorn horse for 8000 drachma to buy, but now i think its disappeared, i bought the white unicorn horse -

I totally agree with you, only horse i like actually is unicorn...., and horse named brown horse is just fine all else are ugly, i got from store Mycenian horse what is fine too
This AC Odyssey really sucks on mounts for now... so little choice and so ugly, Origins was have much more horses and also camels, here not only one type mounts and little choice and most of them ugly....., there is like 10 horses I buy all already if not count those from store.
They definetely must put more choices in npc some like pure white horse, or pure black horse and etc....
I really love mount and just running around on horse and such poor and ugly choice is sad

I got the white unicorn. The one I've been using lately is the Egyptian one I think. As someone who has been around horses since I was born, the bridles on the normal one just looks awkward. Like, I guess they did have the band that close to the eyes, but ugh, just no.

The armoured skins look too clunky too me. Same with Witcher 3 - the more neutral the set the better. I want the mounts to look normal..adds to the immersion. Like in Inquisition I always go with one of the horses, even tho the Lizard thingy is pretty cool. Gotta have that sound of hooves and the neighing and stuff.

I usually nick the horse from bandit camps and such when clearing them out and ride them back to either the quest giver or just civilazation in general; can't leave that poor animal all alone out there. Reeally love the saddle-less dark horse with the silver specs. Why ubi no give us those :(
