Trouble In Paradice Quest (Spoilers)

I'm currently hunting down all the Cult members for Delian league i'v already killed every single cult memeber except for the leader on Mykonos island i even have Ghost of Kosmos unlocked but can't go kill them cause i havent killed this one guy does anyone know how to start this quest chain?

I'v searched high and low and almost done pretty much everything in game but this quest hasn't shown up and it says online i must complete this quest chain to find the leader and kill them.

If ya read i have killed every single cultist bar the guy on Mykonos island the Nation Leader of that tiny set of islands called "Silver Islands" I'v already got Ghost unlocked ready to be kill but can't kill her till i kill the guy on Mykonos island.

And i can't get the quest chain on this island to show up.

Have you checked the message board on your ship? At some point of main questline Barnabas will tell you to check it. This is where you can pick up message from Mykonos resistance leader which leads you to Trouble in Paradise quest chain.

Omfg thank you so bloody much i completely forgot the boat had a Mission board on it as i never spent any time on it and only used it to kill the Ocean cultists.
