well maybe the voice acting is the issue, but the way he speak and mirror people is actualy as accurate as possible considering what we can know from the real one. And it's an extremly powerfull tool that we learn on some marketing, politics and some other studies about communications ;p But yep, it's anoying everyone who have to deal with haha

indeed, although i learned at my university that this did not turn out as intended, the goal was to get him banned but the decission was death at the end.

according to what i learned they even gave him the posibillity to flee from the city but he refused and drunk the poison instead.
