In game crew themes and figureheads

Are there other crew themes and figureheads you can find in game, i did find a figure head and bought some themes bought ondered if you could find others via quests and what not?

Short answer yes.

Longer answer, you get them from exploring, defeating unique enemies, and finishing quests. There are multiple figureheads, ship and crew themes.

I haven't finish the game yet, and i have around 16 ship themes, 16 crew themes, and like 5 figureheads.

Most ship decoration stuff is found underwater.
For example i found a female crew skin that actually changed the singing voices for the sea shanties to only woman. Which i thought was a nice attention to detail.

You can get 3 legendary ship figureheads from defeating the sphinx, minotaur and medusa, and the legendary crew i found so far were the hunters of artemis

Yeah I enjoy switching between female and male crews often. I belive the female crew has a unique song to them.

i did some diving in ship wrecks and some underwater ruins. I manage to find a legendary hound of hades ship skin, and I also mange to find a legendary Elite Spartan crew skin.

While doing the main quest line I also manage to get an epic skin(since i had to do it for a quest)

According to an online list there are 10 ship skins, 7 figure heads, 16 crew skins but I think they may have missed some becuase I beleive one of my ship skins isn't listed.

Yeah I think I may have seen the list you are refering to, and I agree, there is a lot missing from it. As I mentioned I do have 16 so there is plenty out there to find. most of them have been from defeating unique enemy ships

Two are obtainable as a Uplay reward, 6 are quest / chests related. The rest is a reward for defeating the random elite ships.

Yesterday I´ve found one more skin, there was an elite ship roaming the sea close to the Macedonian coast. So right now I have 22 skins for my vessel.

I was wondering what the significance is of having Legendary vs. Epic vs. Rare crew themes if they are all simply cosmetic. All I can figure is that these classes represent the difficulty in obtaining the item. Am I missing something?

I don't believe that you are missing anything at all. There's no stat changes, and I don't see any sign of anybody reacting based on appearance. Nobody reacts any differently to my riding what looks like a flaming skeleton demon horse, for instance.
