Why?
One simple reason, if you buy such a gear pack its at the same level as your character.
Meaning you have to upgrade all the parts with each level up at the blacksmith or they are worthless after a few levels. Since the parts are all "legendary" that costs HUNDREDS of ressources for each part.
Its basically not possible. So you will switch back to wearing found loot very quickly since its at your level.
The gear packs are only worth it if you already reached max level 50.
And then you most likely already finished the game.
Oh that sucks hard..
I mean i kinda understand in the origins upgrading gears was soooooo expensive
