The problem is that I already looted the place before and now the guy we save send me there to collect my reward.... all the boxes are looted, how I fix this?

I had the same problem. It turns out its not the chest. You need to keep going and there is some loot hidden on the right side as you get close to the exit.

ok i realized that we mean different loots. i mean the normal chest for the location completion.
i looted the obvious chest in the cave and the location doesnt count as completed.
i tried reloading my savefile several times too.

the chest doesnt complete the mission. on your way out the exit there are 3 jars to the right. loot them and mission will complete. you need to not exit the way you came in though. go forward to the other exit.

in order for the cave to show as completed you need to finish the quest given at the 'chalkis farm' west of the cave.

Just keep running around and looting. I finally completed when I looted something I had looted earlier... near the lower entrance.

You were right. Also it's so far away from the "marked area" definitely easy to miss. Dude said "leave me some drachmae for my wife." I don't think 20 drachmae was going to be enough to keep her 😂
