Stinky Eye Achievement Bug?

So I just went after the "Stinky Eye Achievement" and killed nearly 200 goats (started off with 12 leather, got now 394:2=197 Goats!!) in all over Pronoia and still did not get the eye...any suggestions or is bugged?

don't you get wayy more than 2 leather per goat?

I just started killing goats around the place you fight the Cyclops at.
Killed about 10-12 till the eye shard dropped.

Yes I did kill cyclops and freed the guy. I hunted at the Shepherd place and the beach and the cliffs - nothing!

either RNGesus hates you or something is wrong with your game

try to make a new save and just rush the main quests and try again

Lol I didn't even know there was this achievement.

I entered the game
Fast Travelled to Pronoi
Killed one goat 10m from the fast travel point and got the shard

I don't even see the achievement on PSN or Uplay weird lol
