Hate the main menu music

I dont have issues with the rest of the game when it comes to music and sound, but for ♥♥♥♥♥ sake let me chill when Im in the main menu, I just want to check the map and whatever and after a few seconds this buildup starts and all the suddent OOOOHHHH OOHHH OOHH OOOAAAHHH, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moaning t-rex I just want to chill.

I dont think there is a way to disable this, but whatever.

The music files are packed in Program files(86) > Steam > Steamapps > Assassin's Creed Odyssey > Sounddata > PC. It's packed inside of a .pck file. So I'm guessing that you would need to get a program that can unpack the file, find the menu music file, replace it, or delete it and then repack it.

The music is good. But it's supposed to be an RPG. You open inventories quite often in RPG's. Having music play every time is.....quite dumb to say the least.

I think some of the people commenting are confused. It is not actual music, but the constant pulsating TONE in the menu when you hit escape. NOT the title theme. With music volume at 0 this tone is still playing. It is NOT music, or atleast if it is then please fire the artsy fartsy prick who decided it was a good idea.
So meh yourself eddie, turning off music is not helping.
All it does is go OOOH AAAAAAH OOOH AAAAAAH looped.. NOT the THEME music..

I move the music volume slider to 0 and I don't hear anything in my game. Left it there for well over 30 minutes and nothing played..

I don't know why but seeing this post wit h the section about "OOOOHHHH OOHHH OOHH OOOAAAHHH" makes me want to mod Metal Gear Solid V so that every time you open the menu you can hear "WOAAAAAH HOOOOOO"

I know it's stupid, but it's sounds like fun!

it's a variation of Ezio's family, bad idea to use it as a tab menu music, it's replacing my precious memory of the Ezio trilogy
