Freeing Prisoner Bug - Can I reset a Fortress?

The Fortress of Trachis in the Malis Region is bugged. How can I save prisoners if there aren't any?

Any Ideas? I saved and loaded multiple times already

I believe if you come back to them after awhile they respawn yes

Hopefully... The prisoners I should rescue was 0/6 atleast its what it said.

I freed 5 but couldn't find the 6th. I restarted and then it said 5/12. I freed 6 and now Im stuck at 11/12. Thats a huuuuge bug.

Don't worry, come back after visiting another region and the units inside the forts will respawn so you can recapture them to start another war sequence.

I have the same problem and it is still present even after travelling to a different region. I am still waiting for a response from UBISOFT but may as well """" in the wind with them

Check the ubisoft forum. I already made a thread with the exact same title as here. Search for it. Another User posted as well

I had that problem once. Searching for ages, and kept hearing one guy shouting for help. Turns out, he was in a cage I already opened, but didn't feel like walking out. I shot him with a couple arrows and hilariously enough got the notification that I freed him :P.

You could change zone-ownership I guess

This has happened to me a few times. I usually walk out of the fort and walk back in and it says I completed it.

yes just gone back there now it says free prisoners 1/11 and there are only 3 prisoners....what do you mean zone ownership ? is that in the game or in ubisoft settings ?

He means, that you can Zone Ownership (Athens / Spartans).
If the owner of the region is sparta, let Athen take the course of action and the other way around if its the case.
Make war and let the other side win.
Maybe it changes?

oh that makes sense....if I come across as stupid it's because my son shares this pc and he is the dogs bollocks at games where i am just bollocks . i havn't won any of the battles in the game yet and i am level 20 so maybe i should level up.
