Can i just kill anyone?
At first there are 2 bandits and I decided to kill them, Now there is Duris...Is there any bad cons if i kill him?

Like GTA, murder will get you a bounty. Higher bounty, more bounty hunters... I'm sure there are a few people you can't kill for the sake of the story... but yes, you can just up and kill people if you want to and can deal with the consequences.

nope. You can pretty much slaughter an entire city.

Don't recomend it in large amounts, you soetimes may get minor quest givers
