Since when did you expect ubisoft games to have console commands? I think you have played a bit too much of skyrim
Even AC Origins, Far Cry 5 or Ghost Recon Wildlands don't have any console commands.
Ubisoft never had console commands in their games, and they are very anti-modding.
most PC games have console commands it's a fact.

basic all videogames on a PC have console commands not only they are being used for cheating but also bypassing bug's, critical errors or debug modes. so yea it's very common and nothing special to have it ingame. so why do this game not have it???

Just not in single player games that monetize in game items with a stupid real money store.
I guess that's becoming the norm now a days, Console commands used to be the norm to fix broken ♥♥♥♥. Ubi never was player friendly in that respect.
