Cannot Knockout

I purchase the skill but cannot use knockout with xobx controller L3...can someone help?

You mean to get someone on your crew? That knockout? I am using an xbox one controller and the easiest way to knock someone out is to simply beat the crap outta them till they're low on health and then use the Sparta kick since it is non-lethal. That will knock them out and you will be able to deal with things from there.

its the first skill of assassins tree, Shadow assassins. I thought the knockout means you use fists instead of killing the target...i dont know about the crew yet, im still in the first few missions

At early stage of the game you can't use the knockout skill yet. You'll be able to use it after barnabas ask you to recruit an archer into your crew.

I'm looking at what you are saying. It should work, and shows you that you have to sneak up undetected and press the left stick. But I would just say since it isn't a thing that takes up a spot for buttons, just do my method. A lot easier, though doing as the controls say, you should be able to execute the move.

Yes yes, turns out its the progression, i havent started any crew recruitment yet thats why i cant use the knockout function
