anyone having the same issue? i have enough cash on my steam wallet but the game cant give me helix.

6 hours myself on the steam version no problems. Same with many people that have good PCs and have 60+ hours already.

Yeah this i don't understand, you buy the game then the same day give them more for Helix points... pretty ridiculous.

It worked for me 2 days ago but the windows which opened were extremely unresponsive to my clicks and took very long to respond.

It worked the other day.

I did not add money to steam wallet beforehand
I clicked the helix credits in game (shop)
I chose what package i wanted
It opened up the steam panel
I added the info
it automatically had the amount of the helix package
I confirmed.

Worked.

I do not kow if it works if you are trying to use steam wallets funds already in your steam account or not.

I thought it was just me having this problem.

I click on the package I want, click buy in the store, a window comes up for a moment saying "Redirecting to Steam" and it drops me back in the game. No charges on my card, or Steam wallet.

Worked the first time I bought a package, just after release, but now no joy.
