Performance in comparison to origins?
How is it? My 1080ti/7700k struggled to get 60 fps in some of the bigger cities of origins. I'm not buying this one till I feel confident it won't be a repeat.

played both on gtx 660 , they are the same, playing with 30-27 fps and worst was 17 at some parts for very short time

1080ti/1800x and its going as low as 28 fps @3440x1440 in initial area.
With setting dropped to high and few more settings to medium getting 40+ fps.

In any other game recently released I am usualy getting at minimum 70+ fps and usualy 90-120 fps.

Seems to be as very poorly optimized or settings have different meaning.
I would prefer to have specific settings like AA 4x/8x/16x instead of low medium high which can mean anything.

@TE. I have the same specs. 1080Ti/7700k. Runs at 50-60 fps, smooth as silk on Ultra with AA on high, an V-Sync off

Because your eye can't tell the difference beyond 50-60 fps, maybe ?

for m its better, i ran origins with i5 4690 always close tp 100% usage, odyssey for me is running in 80$ sometimes 85% i have 16gb ram and gtx 1060 6gb so its not a bad pc, but my cpu is kinda old, running on stable 45fps on high settings

Thanks all. Guess I'll save my money and buy it when it goes on sale.

Just buy and test it if it runs play else there is always the refund button :) , for me and my friend this game seems to use less cpu than origins and run a tiny bit better ,origin was trash in city area

This is such a misunderstood point. The science says that you can't react to high framerate in a meaningful way, not that you can't perceive them. You can absolutely see the difference, especially if the framerate isn't stable. Jumping ten frames is really jarring for me, gives me nasty headaches.
