Bugged quest - Polyphemos not moving

Hello folks.

I'm trying to do the polyphemos quest where you have to follow him. I died during that quest and when i reloaded, the NPC refused to move. He simply stays there whatever i do. It's been like that for days without any change.

Is there a way to make him move / restart quest ?

I loaded the last autosave and stayed farther away from the broken wall where he got stuck and it worked.

As i mentioned i've been playng countless hour after that so got no such thing as an old autosave
