Well the bencmarking web and some YouTube rtx 2060 for ac review show better results indeed..in yt they don't show the advance settings

ahh i just checked and yeah it's way better, i though 2060 is better than 1080ti ... well i need to learn some more about overclocking my graphics and processor cuz i didn't even touched that to try and get 144 fps on high setting at least
For the RTX 2060, you should be able to turn down shadows, volumetric clouds, and fog down to medium-high instead of ultra and that would give you a mostly solid 60 fps GPU-side, but I'm not sure what you can do to alleviate CPU-side performance issues.
