No, at least is what I saw on a youtube video (I couldn't kill Leonidas, so after I finished the main quest, I watched some youtube video to see some different choices). She just trolled you, at least in this episode. We can't know the truth until we don't play the next episodes. But in this one, no, she's just lying.
I figure as much, I was also pondering it some more and Elysium is all a simulation to empower the Staff if I recall right, at least according to Aletheia. So it makes sense that it won't really affect the real world. Unless some Deus Ex Machina happens in the next two Episodes.
