I gotta admit I hadn't really thought about them being naked (historically speaking). I was enjoying the storyline immensely and then I got to see a real treat! ie. Alexios in his little diaper-like outfit at the Olympics was actually pretty good for some eye-candy. Let's just say that made me one very happy female!

well it's a fantasy game based on the greek time period. Just like Witcher 3 has medieval elements to it, but both are just fantasy and without any historic value/accuracy.

I think the creator want this game to be both fun but also a little bit of historical education so it might be not good if a kid see Alexios or Kassandra naked in Olympic...hehe. [ Anyway as i see Alexios is almost naked so the rest of his underwear you might have to imagine or fancy on it......;P ]

I find your reply absolutely perfect! I was and still am an avid Witcher fan and to be quite honest, I was one of those people who have been looking for a game to completely immerse myself in since taking a break from the Witcher games. This Assassin's Creed Odyssey has done that for me. It has such a rich storyline and I only just finished it yesterday, was instantly struck with a sudden feeling of loss that I'd finished the game and it was all over. (I'm definitely going back to play the +NewGame now!)

The sheer beauty of the Greek Islands is absolutely gorgeous and the storyline really got me into it from the get go. I have thoroughly enjoyed playing this game and it definitely fills the void for those Witcher fans who have been forever searching for a game with both story/beauty ever since. Well it did for me anyway.

It's a game and even though I'm not an expert on History, I just go with the flow of the storyline and it could be fiction or non-fiction I wouldn't know. But the bottom line for me, is, it's got to be enjoyable and this game is utterly amazing. I'm very happy with it!

They cant easily put nudity on consoles due to rules and regulations with different countries rating boards, laws and the console companies personal policies with certain content. Conan Exiles and Agony (two examples) had to censor the lower body nudity in one form or another when moving to consoles due to these regulations.

Its purely a business decision. They have no interest in historical accuracy or creating a special version for PC. Fact is that nudity would prevent sales and cut into profits.
