How to use crit chance at full health engraving?

I just unlocked but can’t seem to find it in the blacksmith engraving list, Help!

Not every item type supports each engraving (weapon/bow/helm/etc). Check the supported engravings by going in inventory and select engraving icon under the bow.

FH crit chance is only head & legs (max 20% each) but it stacks on top of base crit chance, which is bow, arms & belt (10% each). They add up to 70% at FH with another, 5% starting base, 10% base from the Wepons Master ability, 5% base and 10% FH from mastery points for a total of 50% base and 100% FH.
