FPS drops

Game is running good, but i'm getting fps drop to ~10 fps every minute, it is very annoying, i have turned off fast startup and capped 45 fps cap, nothing helps.

i5-7300HQ
GTX 1060 6GB
8GB DDR4

EDIT: After one week of searching, i have found only solution, making 1080p native resolution somehow makes those fps drops, so i did 720p upscaled to 1440p (200%), i think it looks maybe even better and fps drops is gone, so if someone has the same problem, try this.

I think i will just have to get used to those fps drops, but i'm just amazed how my laptop can run newest games, except this one :/

you have your ram in dual channel?

try upping your ram, 8gb is simply not enough due to the amount windows uses in the background, try increasing it to 16gb and that should help to fix your problem as well as running it off a decent ssd
