Dikastes set - Isu Enhanced ?
So what does it do?

No legendary set so far seems to be better then the bonuses you can stack on purple sets.

It's supposed to make you temporarily invulnerable to damage or adrenaline-draining abilities, from what I gather.

It's useful for some very specific warrior builds at the end of the Atlantis DLC. For causing great mayhem and chaos.

In my opinion it's better to use epic gear unless you are basing your whole build on the legendary set bonus. Two different options.
