Falx of Olympos and At Full Health bonuses
Does anyone know if Falx of Olympos removes the ability to benefit from At Full Health effects, and if so, does it then allow you to benefit at all times from At Low Health effects? (Not even sure what % equates to Low Health since it's never explicitly stated) I'm not entirely sure how to test it at the moment since the only At Full Health bonuses I have are for crit chance, and I don't have 100% when combined with base crit chance or even a high enough crit chance for it to be noticeably different with or without the Falx just yet.
