How the f**k do you get to the blacksmith in the general starting area in ep 3 fate of atlantis?

He's located inside the Forge of Atlantis - located here: https://mapgenie.io/assassins-creed-odyssey/maps/atlantis?locationIds=11229

It's at water level - so you need to jump down and then head inside.
