i got artifact without completing mission

hey i am working about opening atlantis gate and i notice that i already got 1 artifact i dont even know how does anyone have same exprenice because i dont wanna miss some part

Maybe u killed mythical beast already. It doesn't matter when u kill them, u can slay all 4 before starting quest if im not wrong ^^

Aha.. Sphinx is one of them. And by solving the riddle you acquired one of those artifacts. We don't actually fight the Sphinx unlike other mythical bosses

i know but its says i got 2 artifacts which i own only 1

I played before the other cyclops were included in the game. So I don't know whether killing any of them before the one with Atlantis mission trigger this thing. That's the only thing I can think of. Did you kill any of them?

i am fighting vs the minotauor and i did the riddle of the sphinx but i still got 2 artifacts idk why

Which other one does it think you have? You can pop over to Atlantis and see which pillars you can interact with.

that the cyclop artifact and i never did the mission i am frausted even contacted ubisoft on twitter never got answer

Just to be sure.. are you sure you didn't kill any cyclops (there are 2 of them other than the one with the mission)
