Trouble In Paradise - Bug - Cannot Progress Quest/Main Storyline

Got to the stage of quest Trouble in Paradise where you have to Follow Kyra. I follow her - We kill the camp of Athenians then... nothing

Potential Spoiler:
I didn't mind this bug as i thought the quest was optional, but its classed as an Odessy Chapter and i haven't been able to locate the leader/cultist for the Silver Islands and im wondering if this is why.

Please help. I've put 90+ hours of gameplay in and i simply won't have the motivation to start again if its necessary to get past this hurdle.

A couple thoughts...
There is a quest marker that seems unrelated, I think it says "Talk to the Spartan Commander" that is close to where you fought the Athenians...that will continue and tie directly into into the Kyra quest!

I remember there is a "dead" section sometimes in this quest where it doesn't lead you to the next trigger. Twice I had to go back to the hideout, in that cave near town. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but after 4 plays I never found this quest to be broken, just not intuitive for progressing. Hopefully this is what happens with you.

Thank you for the suggestion - It didn't directly solve by problem but it did lead me to find a Spartan camp on an unmarked beach to the north of the battle site. This cancelled the "follow kyra" requirement and updated to "talk to the Spartan Commander" that you referenced. Kyra then magically appeared at my location and i'm good to go again!
