Where to find Armor (chest) of the Fallen?

anyone know the location of the Chest Armor piece? i did the side quest and usualy after you killed one of the fallen guards it would give you the next location however i am missing the Chest Armor piece and it doesnt show the next location of the guard who has the Armor piece

You need to kill a fallen cultist named the Swordfish. He's at the south-west part of the map, in a location called Burnt temple of Moira.
