Shipwreck Cove Cultist Clue

Am I just losing my s-? I have been over this stupid piece of ship that every guide is telling me the clue is on and there is NO CLUE TO BE FOUND! Where the hell is the G-D- shipwreck cove cultist clue? Some guides say it's on a dead body and others say its on the deck. But it's neither... it's neither, it's nowhere.

theres atleast 2 possible locations for it to be. If you cant find it in the end just check who the person is online and go murder him/her. That way you can skip the clue.

Was just looking for it yesterday myself. It is nowhere near any of the ships, you need to jump down the cliff to dead body on small platform behind it.
