Am I the only one who doesn't like Kassandra?

It's her voice. She doesn't have a *bad* voice but, Compared to Alexios'es VA, Kassandra feels alot more Monotone.


Alexios'es VA puts alot of emotion into his lines. When he's angry,sad,happy, whatever. You can hear the emotions in his lines and it really helps to set the mood of whatever the scene is.

Kassandra on the other hand just doesn't have that emotional feel to her lines, And it makes some situations feel anti-climactic compared to the way Alexios sounds.

Anyone else feel this way?

I feel the opposite; Alexios just sounds like "generic tough guy" in every instance. Kassandra has depth, imo.

There's bound to be people who feel the same as yourself, or as myself, though, in a game like this. Opinions and whatnot... no right or wrong, objectively /shrug

No you're not alone. I tried playing as Kass but I really couldn't get into it. It's a combination of her voice, Alexio has more emotion as you said, and that it just makes more sense to me that Alexios fits the setting better.

To me, Alexios' voice was comical, couldn't take him seriously even as the bad guy. Kassandra was the right pick.

I played 300 hours as Alexios and loved it. Started up new game + as Kassandra and couldn't get past the first hour.

I feel the same way as you.. and I feel like his face is somewhat stiff. After playing several hours as Alexios, decided to change to Kass and I found her better than Alexios.

I think it's the matter of preferences and we should be glad that we can choose between those two.

The only thing I can't stand about her is her hairstyle. VA's I didn't fell much difference, perhaps because I play on my native language so I don't have to suffer with fake greek accents.

Most people seem to prefer Kassandra's voice acting but it's certainly a matter of taste. I like Alexios as well and wouldn't mind playing him if I weren't so invested in Kass. Both actors did a fine job, in my opinion.
