"Craddle of the Underworld" has 2 rifts. Ive been all over as far as i can tell and only found one. Where

Have you been past the Veil yet?

There is one behind the veil. The 2nd chest is in the large room where you met Brasidas (or will meet him later during a quest). If you can't find the large room I'm referring to do this > when you're facing the veil, look to the right and go that way. You'll have to hop up a scaffold and follow the path. Once in the large room look to the right, and there is a pool of water. Dive into the water and there's an underwater passageway to the next section of the cave where you will find the other Tarteros Rift that needs to be closed, as well as the final chest.
