Purple brick silos

So I know about purple leaders, leader houses, enemy supplies, but what are the above? In the game world they look like elongated domes. What are we supposed to do with them?

Come close and hit with torch or fire weapon, then run.

They're enemy forces food stockpiles. Blow them up to reduce control by quite a lot.

You need to hit a window or other wooden part with a fire arrow.

Thanks, guys. It looked like it was made with bricks so I hit it with a stick. It was a big stick.

They do some pretty good damage, too. If people try to hide from your arrows behind one... Muhahaahaaa!

I assume they are mentioned in the tutorial about reducing regional power but I completely missed it and could not find anything on any guides.
