Fate of Atlantis 'Popular' mission (spoilers)

Did anyone else think that poisoning a bunch of people whose only crime is talking about Persephone all day is a bit extreme? It doesn't give you a way out of it either.

You get the option to scream ''Don't drink the wine'' if i remember correctly.
I do agree it was a bit over the top but ohwell, guess im a bad person, they drank it.. xD

I don't recall any such option. You can warn the spy not to drink the wine but not the others.

Apparently no one drank the wine as it happened, but they could have.

Edit: Apparently there's an option to say either "Don't drink the wine!" or "Cheers!" but I never got said option.
