Stuck after finding 4x Painting Pieces

Hello.

I am currently playing your game. So far it's very fun and thrilling. :)

Sadly, i am stuck right after inserting the 4x missing Painting Pieces.
After the short cut scene involing the female that comes out of the painting.
The next step is to "find the door with the ouroboros symbol". I continue on down the hallway and i run into the female that arises out of the red mist.?

I have no idea how to pass her without getting killed.
I've tried running to the 2x available rooms and the dead end hallway. No luck for either route.
Is this a Bug? Can you look into it and let me know of a solution.

[Update] 08-18-20

I turned the game off and got back in shortly after.
I loaded up in a different room from where i originally was having the issue.

Instead of loading me into the room with the 4x Painting Pieces (where i was originally stuck at)
I was loaded into another section of the game in a random Hallway.
After dying multiple times i found the Ouroboros Symbol door.
So for now, i guess my issue of being stuck is resolved.

Did you try to walk the hallway without been seen by Anna?? She looks at three different points. Try to walk while she is not looking.

The passage with the demon with the painting also gave me a hard time figuring it out, the solution is this:
You have to run to one of the rooms and close the door behind you and hold it in QTE, after a moment the ghost disappears.
