Is there a way to zoom in and out?

I play this on my 4k tv and it is super hard to see anything from the couch when playing at 1440p.

Change "Camera eye distance" - lower distance = more zoomed in. The camera will adjust itself the next time you move after changing it.

As a warning, zooming in too far can make it mostly impossible to see things at the edge of your character's vision range.

As an aside; vision range is typically 6; so you'd need a minimum distance of 14 really (the number in camera eye distance is the diameter I think). I find 20 to be fine at 1080p.
