How to change the language?

How can I change the language to German? The store page states, the game is available in German, English, Polish or Russian. In the game options i can only select English.

v1.1 is announced for November.

What, really? It got delayed again? I bought this game mainly for my dad. He still can't play it after 2 and a half month, because he doesn't understand English.

My patience and understanding are slowly being exceeded.

1.2 was released some days ago, does it finally contain the other languages? I don't have access to my PC right now

We were fully ready code-wise for 1.2, but unfortunately our translation partner was swamped and we couldn't get the translations in time. As mentioned in the last update - we'll get the three first languages into the game either in 1.3 or in a mid-patch beforehand.
