Europa Ruins L1 & L2 terminal quest

So... it happened two or three times already - i got this message in ER L1 about armor blueprint:

I executed script in ER L1, but there in no station in ER L2. I scouted whole area multiple times:

Is it bugged/hidden somewhere in walls/not working on AoMr or should i just move to ER L2 without executing any scripts to spawn this station?

I just played that seed up to Europa Ruins L2 and ran into the same issue--I did not see any terminal spawn anywhere there either. It definitely must be bugged.

I'm 100% sure it also happened at least once on other seeds, but i kinda just moved on without thinking much of it. I can't remember if it was AoMr mode though
