You mean dungeon crawlers (gameplay) or visual style?
Dungeon Crawlers with guns.

I don't know many and the best I can think of is Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead. It would be better described as open world crafting survival basebuilding (including vehicles) dungeon crawler.

Well, there is DoomRL which is probably the closest to JH. :-)

Cool Thanks Guys

I also enjoy Infra Arcana. I think it's one of the most atmospheric roguelikes. It has some great gameplay ideas, but it's not as gun focused as JL or DoomRL. In fact, you gain XP not by killing, but by exploring and discovering things and monsters. It's the player's choice to go confrontational or use a stealth approach. In any case, the game is a must-play if you are a Lovecraft fan. Lots of references there.

I loved Kornel's AliensRL before D**mRL

Caves of Qud, Cogmind both traditional roguelikes with modern/futuristic weaponry and SF settings. Cogmind especially has lots of gunfighting.

This looks promising. Still in development, but perfectly playable. And it is currently free.
Similar theme as JH, but more a traditional roguelike. This is not Jupiter, it's Saturn! :-)

You have to do more fiddly stuff. Rearranging inventory, loading/unloading, weapons can shoot different types of ammo, eating, etc. There is also a sophisticated health system which requires you to treat wounds and infections.

The Doom mod DoomRL Arsenal may be worth a look. Though while of course you lose the tactical approach for an FPS format, but you still have all the awesome randomized loot and weapon upgrades like this game has.

thanks
