Is Baron Grimwick part of the Witch's Eve seasonal content?

We just started playing this last weekend and while we got as far as unlocking the fight, we definitely aren't well enough equipped with potions and stuff enough to beat him yet. Is the fight part of the seasonal event and so we won't be able to do it after the 1st?

He is NOT part of the Witch's Eve seasonal event. He's available year round for grinding the loot!
